Born in Durango, Colorado, and raised in Wyoming, I developed an early love for the state's wild beauty. After earning a finance degree from the University of Wyoming (Go Pokes!), I began my real estate career in Memphis, TN, specializing in collegiate housing development. In 2012, my wife Becca and I moved to Casper, where I joined Lisa Burridge & Associates. Over the next decade, I advanced from agent to broker and co-owner, overseeing thousands of transactions and helping build over 1,000 homes in the Casper area.
In 2023, I founded Steinhoff & Company Real Estate, focusing on commercial real estate while continuing to serve past clients and referrals in residential transactions. A proud Casper advocate, I currently serve as President of the Platte River Trails Trust Board, working to enhance our community's quality of life.
When I’m not helping clients or volunteering, I enjoy exploring Casper Mountain and spending time with my family—my "spicy redhead" wife, Becca, and our sharp, spirited daughter, Lydia.
