When I first arrived in Casper Wyoming, I had no idea which real estate firm would be the right fit for me. I spent weeks cold-calling and knocking on the doors of nearly every real estate office in town, searching for a place to call home. That search led me to Lisa Burridge & Associates Real Estate, where I spent the next 12 years growing, learning, and thriving. I started my career there working exclusively with buyers. Over time, I expanded my skill set, taking on listings and eventually stepping into the role of operations manager. By 2015, I had become the responsible broker for the firm and had the opportunity to purchase a quarter of the company. During my tenure, we closed thousands of residential and commercial transactions in the Casper area. We were frequently recognized as one of the top teams in the United States by transaction count by USA Today. Beyond transactions, we became the largest residential developers in the county, helping to build over 1,000 homes in the Casper market. Along the way, I trained and mentored dozens of agents, many of whom are now among Casper’s most productive real estate professionals.
